Jack Campbell will be the USA player of the game but Chris Kreider has been the best offensive player today. Two very strong games should go a long way at silencing those who still think he is another Hugh Jessiman.
We were not fans of the Kreider selection at the time but Kreider has done a lot in a short period of time to show that he does have a better pro potential than Jessiman did.
Bourque has taken a couple of shots but there really was not much on them, think he has an arm injury of some sort.
USA looks like they are starting to slow down, you have to wonder how much players have in the tank at this point. USA has not rolled the 4 lines like they did yesterday and it is starting to show.
Bourque's hustle leads to USA's second goal which means all 3 Ranger draft picks have a point today.
3-0 for the USA has just about sealed the deal for the USA's second win as they get ready for a day off.
Derek Stepan with a goal and 3 assists is the leading USA scorer, Kreider has 1-1-2 and Bourque 0-1-1.
The USA is now off until Tuesday when they face Latvia.
Chris Kreider is named player of the game for the USA and not trying to sound biased but his play deserved it
