In all honesty we do not have any idea how the Tigre won this game, they are beaten up, out manned and out gunned by the best team in the QMJHL. Yet in talking with Chris Doyle, we learn something about heart and determination.
Doyle and his teammates do not want to go home, they want to keep playing even if they are hurting. It is something to see from Doyle as he has gone though a lot this season; some of his own doing but in the end all Doyle ever wants to do is play hockey.
Doyle has not been scoring like he would like but he is trying to contribute any way he can. In Game 5, Doyle was a +1, won a face off and got credited for a good hit.
Still with the series shifting back to Saint John for game 6 the Tigre might be even more shorthanded as their starting goalie Kevin Poulin was injured in the last minute of game 5. His status for game 6 remains unknown but he was the main reason why the Tigre won game 5 so his loss would be a devastating blow to the Tigre.
Game 6 is Monday and this time we will not be missing that one.

So in watching game 6 of the Coyote/Red Wing series there was Lauri Korpikoski with a huge shorthanded goal to help the Coyos force the series back to Phoenix for a game 7. There was Petr Prucha with a huge assist on the Coyote's 4th goal and it is nothing but ironic that 3 young players who the Rangers traded away stepping up big when their team needed it the most.
Ironic because John Tortorella complained about how his best players did not step up for the Rangers when they needed it the most.
A shame that the Rangers do not get the sense of the irony in this but then again the Coyotes have at least one more game to play while the Ranger's are holding management meetings in Palm Springs this week.

Prucha wasn't getting used properly but Lisin for Korpi still hurts. Korpi is an ideal 3rd/4th liner at this point in his career.
