We like winning on Wednesdays

Anthony Duclair (Quebec Remparts)
The middle of the week hockey with 4 New York Ranger and New York Islander prospects playing and with all 4 seeing their teams win on Wednesday. No team had a bigger win than Anthony Duclair's (NYR 2013 3rd) Quebec Remparts who went took on the number one team in all of the CHL the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada and handed them a 6-0 loss on their ice.

Duclair had a goal and a primary assist in the win as jumped on the Armada for 3 goals in the first period and cruised from there handing the Armada just their 3rd loss of the season. Duclair scored Quebec's 2nd goal of the game which was his 19th on the season and then added the primary assist on 5th goal as well. Duclair is now 19-10-29 on the season as the Remparts moved into 7th place in the QMJHL just ahead of Ryan Graves and his Charlottetown Islanders.

Ryan Graves (NYR 2013 4th)
and his Islanders played host to the Drummondville Voltigeurs and while Graves was scoreless were able to pull off a 4-1 win. Graves and his fellow defenders held the Voltigeurs to a 0 for 5 on the power play while Graves also was credited with 3 hits.

Ryan Pulock (NYI 2013 1st) scored his 7th goal of the season as his Brandon Wheat Kings defeated the Saskatoon Blades 5-2. Pulock scored Brandon's 5th goal of the game as he extended his scoring streak to 4 games with a 2-4-6 to improve to 7-11-18 and become the leading scorer among Islander prospects at 7-11-18.

Kyle Burroughs (NYI 2013 7th)
saw his own 4 game scoring streak come to an end but his Regina Pats overcame 2 goal deficits twice to rally to defeat the Everett Silvertips 6-5 in overtime. The Pats are in the midst of an 8 game road trip saw their record on the trip improve to 3-1 with the win.
